hey guys any of you who really know me know i dont like diets and well guess i have had karma im on one because of my cholesterol well i also have to take tablets cause i dont eat red meat and without red meat i dont have iron so i take stuff called ferro grad c massicee tablets they are


because of this deit change my work has bee affected and ive been really pissed off about it im in a major need to find inspiration and subjects and my creativity is killing me due to sickness

anyway im really missing sazz and suki
